A natural offshoot from our highly successful Private and Corporate Catering activities has been the “Event Planning” segment of our business. This is handled exclusively by Ruth Herdan, Proprietor/Chef, whose Business Marketing Degree, supplemented by her training at the Philadelphia Restaurant School and her experience at the Rittenhouse Hotel has provided her with all the necessary skills to make any event a thundering success.
